Abstract

As a part of urbanlization,urban village reconstruction has been developed in some big and medium scale cities,and it has had important and profound influence to the urban real estate market.This article discussed the case of the urban village reconstruction in Hanyang district.It analyzed the influence of urban village reconstruction on real estate market from the angle of supply,demand and price.The present reconstruction way has increased the land and the commercial housing supply,pulled the high region market housing price,and changed the supply structure,but has little impact on demand.Therefore,the government should control the reconstruction main body,the way and the progress performs in the urban village reconstruction.
