The "Limited-Plan" Based on Ecological Supply-Demand Relationship
本文从生态文明视角分析传统供需理论的局限，提出生态供需关系及“有限计划”概念，并给出4C原则（控制、平衡、合作、循环）及其应用。
Based on supply and demand theory,this paper analyses the cause and misunderstanding of the phenomenon of unlimited demand.By analysing the evolution and the limitation of the traditional theory of supply and demand,this paper elicits the ecological supply and demand theory from the view of ecological civilization.Based on the study of the features of the ecological demand,the ecological supply-demand relationship and the two-cycle of the ecological supply and demand process,this paper proposes the concept of Limited-Plan and the 4C principles,control;counterbalance;cooperation and circulation,and the specific application of this theory.
