THE EMPIRICAL STUDY ON THE LAND-SAVING USE OF RURAL SETTLEMENTS OF ZHUZHOU JURISDICTION
分析了株洲市辖区农村居民点土地利用现状和时空变化，总结主要问题并定量确定制约因素灰色关联度，提出节约用地对策，为两型村镇建设提供参考。
Constructing Two-orientated villages and towns is an important aspect in the two-orientated social construction and the economical use of land in rural settlements is also an important aspect in the two-orientated villages and towns construction.Based on analysis of the actual state of land use in rural residential areas as well as time and space changes in Zhuzhou Jurisdiction,sums up the main problems and determinates quantitatively the grey relation degree of restricted factors that affected the land-intensive use of rural settlements of Zhuzhou jurisdiction.And finally in the context of building two-oriented society,this paper finds out the countermeasures to achieve the goal of the land-saving use.It aims to provide reference for achieving economical use of land in rural settlements in two-orientated villages and towns construction of Zhuzhou and Chang-Zhu-Tan City Group.
