Institution Changes and Regional Economic Growth: the Empirical Analysis basing on the Data of Hunan Province
从制度因素角度构建指标体系，实证分析湖南省经济、政治、法律及综合制度对经济增长的正向影响，并提出深化改革的政策建议。
This paper analyzes the relation between institution factors and economic growth in theory firstly,and then constructs a comprehensive index system by taking Hunan province for example from the perspective of institution factors,and gets different institution factors indexes secondly.On that base,by empirical analyzing the effect of different factors on economic growth,the result shows that economic institution,political institution,legal institution and comprehensive institution factors have positive effects on economic growth.Finally,this paper puts forward some policies and suggestions on deepening the institution reform in Hunan province.
