FDI,Technical Potential Energy and Technology Spillover;the Empirical Research of China's High-technology Industry
提出技术势能假说，认为外资企业的技术促进能力受技术差距和进入深度共同影响，并实证发现FDI对国内企业全要素生产率有积极影响，但技术势能整体抑制了技术溢出，主要体现在规模效率和技术进步方面。
Based on former study,this paper brings forward the hypothesis of technical potential energy,which hold that the promote capacity from the foreign investment enterprise to the host country in technology is synchronously affected by the technological gap between foreign investment enterprise and host country enterprise and the deeper of the extent of entry for foreign investment enterprise.The paper also empirically studies the high - technology industry,and then concludes that:the effect of Total Factor Productivity of FDI to domestic -funded enterprises is active and prominent,technical potential energy took inhibited effect to technology spillover effect as a whole,which mainly reflected in it inhibited the scale efficiency improvement and technical change,but there was technology spillover in technical efficiency improvement.
