THE URBANIZATION CONDITION AND ITS POWER MECHANISM IN THE SHANDONG PENINSULA,THE ZHONGYUAN AND THE GUANZHONG AGGLOMERATION AREAS
研究了山东半岛、中原和关中三个省级城市群的城市化水平、速度及核心城市实力，发现经济发展是主要动力，但城市群发展不成熟且差异显著。
Urban agglomeration of province territory is a new city-region type,which appears in Chinese urbanization advancement.The Shandong Peninsula,the Zhongyuan and the Guanzhong urban agglomeration belongs respectively the east,the middle and the western part of China,has the strong region representation in urban agglomerations of province territory.Moreover,the location positions of the three urban agglomerations are connected,and they form a fine platform for the cooperation and conformity development cross region and province territory.The overall looked like that,the urbanization level is low in three urban agglomerations areas,the urbanization speed is quick,the comprehensive strengths of their core citis,Qingdao,Jinan,Zhengzhou and Xi'an,have not entered the forefront region key city of China,and,their city scale sequence structures all have the flaw.Through the pessimistic interrelatedness analysis of urbanization influence factors as well as the reciprocity analysis between urbanization and economical development,discovered that,the urbanization main power of the province territory urban agglomerations areas is the economical development,urban agglomeration growth insufficiently is generally mature and their difference is remarkable.The urban agglomerations must play truly the central impetus roles of province territory core growth version block,and the essential central impetus roles of national region development,but also wait for the date and time.Investigating its reason,besides policy-making stratification plane and economical stratification plane reason,but also has the social stratification plane and the system stratification plane reason.In order to impel the health urbanization of the province territory urban agglomeration areas,we must cultivate formidable power mechanism and build list multi-stratification plane load bearing platform for the urbanization,organize rationally the conformity development between the urban agglomerations,or in an urban agglomeration,and,carry out vigorously the existing system innovation.
