Study on the Social Production of Villages in City and Their Governance Mechanics:a Case of Haizhu District of Guangzhou City
以广州市海珠区为例，从空间政治经济学视角分析城中村的经济基础、属性特征、类型、过程、模式及治理机制，指出城中村空间的社会生产是制度变迁与行为主体博弈的结果，并提出以产权为突破口、强化规划与土地管理、平衡利益、促进社区融合等治理建议。
As the transitional pattern of town-city settlement existed popularly in the rapid urbanization process of China,Villages in City are the result of institutional change and social and economical system since China's reform and opening-up,and concentrated the competition,cooperation and conflicts among social behavioral agents,such as local government,collective economy organizations,community organizations,real estate developers,and population from other places.Under the guides of urban spatial political-economy and analyzed with the case of Haizhu district of Guangzhou city,the article concluded all-around about the economy basis,attributes and characters,types,process,modes and governance mechanics.The conclusion are as followed: the social production of space of Villages in City is the production of institutional change and interactive gaming among social behavioral agents;the governance of space of Villages in City should make property right as the sally port to build up rational social economical governance system,make the most important of planning to strengthen the management of land use in Villages in City and the provision of public service facility,make the balance of interest as breakthrough point to advance community transition and social integration of Villages in City,and make land use intensity as drawn wire to pull the spatial integration of city and town space.
