Application of Clustering Analysis to the Study of Real Estate Price of Provinces in the Yangtze River Basin
结合模糊聚类与层次聚类，将长江流域各省房地产价格分为四类区域，并针对不同区域特点提出宏观调控建议。
The real estate price is the most obvious characteristics of the real estate market,and it is necessary to do research on the real estate price before that on the macro-control of the real estate market,including the clustering analysis of real estate prices.The combination of fuzzy clustering and hierarchical clustering can make full use of the advantages of fuzzy clustering and make up for the flaw of fuzzy clustering.In fuzzy clustering,some regions are clustered respectively and can not be clustered together.Fuzzy clustering and hierarchical clustering can learn from each other and hierarchical clustering can make up for the flaw of fuzzy clustering,which can make the clustering result more scientific and reasonable.The real estate prices in the Yangtze River basin are clustered by the combination of fuzzy clustering and hierarchical clustering and they are divided into four areas.The first area includes Shanghai.The second area includes Jiangsu and Zhejiang.The third area involves Anhui,Jiangxi,Hubei,Hunan,Chongqing,Sichuan and Yunnan.The fourth area involves Guizhou and Qinghai.Some advices about the macro-control of the real estate market are suggested according to the characteristics of different areas.
