Abstract

Tacking the apple-planting technology of Shannxi as an example, the space-time laws about apple-planting is studied in this paper with s-shape curve model and gravity model. It is found that the area of Shannxi apple-planting shows an upward trend in the fluctuations in time series, and there is a combined pattern of hierarchical diffusion and progressive diffusion on spatial sequence. In macrocosmic, the radiation intensity of demonstration area increases with distance, showing decreasing effect of long-distance. While in terms of apple base counties, also there is the proliferation of class that the apples growing techniques spread to some apple base counties with high-grade fist from the proliferation sources, and then down to the township or village.
