THE INFLUENCE OF THE REFORM OF THE SYSTEM OF ADMINISTRATIVE DIVISION ON THE CONVERSATION OF HERITAGE AND ITS AUTHENTICITY IN CONTEMPORARY CHINA
研究了行政区划调整对遗产保护的影响，指出遗产与所在区域（尤其是基层行政区和社区）紧密相关，调整时应兼顾经济发展、行政便利与地方性维护。
The authors study the influence from two angles:the specific adjustment and the defects of system,and think that there exists close relationship between the heritage and the area-esp.The lower administrative area and the community-where it located,and shows that it is very important to the formation of a 'place',or 'locality',and thus,to the protection of the area's heritage.Therefore,in the process of the adjustment of administrative division,we should take into account not only economic development and administrative convenience,but also the maintenance of the place,the 'locality' and the protection of heritage.
