Public Participation Transformation in Urban Planning: Taking Nanjing as an Example
分析了南京在总体规划修编中公众参与的主要形式、经验与问题，并提出了改进建议，可为其他城市提供参考。
Based on Chinese and western public participation process,this paper analyses the main participation forms of Nanjing.The public participation process in the Nanjing master plan revision,this paper sums up experience such as using many kinds of form,analyzing and responding in earnest,reflecting and adopting public views.Then it analyses problems about system establishment,organization design,objects of participation,analysis on public opinions,technique means.This paper proposes the ways to promote public participation taking Nanjing as an example.It puts forward to intensify publicity,share resources,improve the management system,clear the participation objects,expand channels,enhance the quality,response opinions seriously,generate excitement,design meticulous,take scientific analysis,etc.It may be used for reference for other cities.
