The Rationality Evaluation of Spatial Arrangement of Marine Fishery Based on Marine Carrying Capacity Vision:Exemplify Shandong Blue Area
基于海洋承载力视角，从经济、社会、环境效益和功能符合性四个维度构建评价模型，对山东蓝色经济区2006-2011年海洋渔业空间布局的合理性进行实证分析，发现其合理性水平偏低且波动大，并提出了改进建议。
Based on the view of marine carrying capacity, the article chooses several factors,including economical benefits, social benefits, environmental benefits and functional accordance, to establish a rationality evaluation model of spatial arrangement of marine fishery,which does empirical analysis for Shandong Blue Area with data from 2006 to 2011.The research results show that the rationality of spatial arrangement withinBlue Areamarine fishery is barely acceptable between 0.4 and 0.5 every year except for 2007, which is only 0.3011,fairly next to irrational, and 2011 obtained the highest value of 0.7531.Together with factor analysis,this paper concludes that deviation from function division,low degree of speciality,huge fluctuation of social benefits as well as existing negative impact on the stability of marine carrying capacity are currently the major problems faced by spatial arrangement ofBlue Areamarine fishery,on which a certain number of suggestions about refining rationality should be proposed accordingly.
