Study on the Evaluation of Urban Land Intensive Utilization in the View of Urban and Rural Harmonious Development: A Case of Jiaonan City in Shandong Province
建立了城乡和谐发展视角下的土地集约利用评价指标体系，运用均方差决策分析法对胶南市进行综合评价，发现土地集约利用随时间呈上升趋势，农业用地集约度低于建设用地，并提出了促进城乡和谐与土地集约利用的建议。
The author puts out the meaning of city land intensive utilization,and establishes the criterion system of evaluate land intensive utilization in the view of urban and rural harmonious development.The method of decision-making analysis of mean squared deviation are applied to reach a comprehensive evaluation of land intensive utilization in Jiaonan City.The results indicates that land intensive utilization has a general ascend trend by the time sequence;the degree of agricultural land is lower than land for construction purposes.In the end,the study puts forward a series of suggestion to perfecting urban and rural harmonious development and promoting land intensive utilization.
