分析了北京市流动劳动力的住房供需状况，发现他们主要靠租房解决住房问题，市场大致平衡但生活条件简陋，政府应增加住房供给并规范租赁市场。
The housing supply and demand,the balancing level and the government actions are three main facters which affect the housing welfare of the floating labor force. Based on the analysis of housing supply and demand of Beijing's floating labor force,It is concluded that: the floating population solves the housing problem mainly by leasing;The supply and demand market is roughly balanced;the living standard is very simple;the principle factors for the housing selection are rent and the traffic condition . The information channels for housing demand and supply are very few;the housing supply by the government should be more and the housing rental market for the floating population should be further standardized,housing information management system should be set up.
