Study on Economic Transformation of Resource-based Cities: A Case Study of Zaozhuang
以枣庄为例，分析资源型城市在资源过度消耗、环境污染和就业困难下的经济转型问题，提出转型目标和政策选择。
The development of resource-based cities has been faced with severe restriction due to the over consumption of the resources,the environment pollution and the employment difficulties.Taking the city of Zaozhuang as an example and based on comprehension of the definition of resource-based city,continuous and substitute industry and its pattern,the authors analyzed major economic,social and environmental problems during economic transformation of resource-based cities and the economic status and growing pains according to resources and geographic conditions of Zaozhuang.Through investigating the theory and mode of transition of resource-based cities,the authors elaborated successful transformation of resource-based cities should had goals such as equal social welfare,sustainable development of its economy,ecological environmental renovation and social economy coordinated development.Finally,the article presented the choices of transformation of resource-based cities providing scientific basis for implementing the policy of transformation of resource-based cities.
