The Characteristics,Development Mode and Learning of Organizational Knowledge
本文先介绍知识和组织知识的定义，用系统论讨论组织知识特征，根据科学发展模式提出组织知识发展模式，并从组织知识演化角度分析其与组织学习的系统辩证关系，提出组织知识的学习机制。
In this paper,firstly it introduces the definitions of knowledge and organizational knowledge. Secondly it discusses the chararcteritics of organizational knowledge by means of system theory,and puts forward the development mode of organizational knowledge according to two development modes of science. Thirdly it analyzes the systemic dialectical relationship between organizational knowledge and organizational learning from the evolution of organizational knowledge,and puts forward learning mechanism of organizational knowledge.
