RESEARCH ON THE NON—PERFECT URBAN SYSTEM BASED ON THE MARKET—ORIENTED ECONOMY
研究发现城市的影响范围与行政区划不一致，导致经济、城市化等指标在区域间比较时出现错误，引入完美城市系统概念以修正比较基准。
The influence area of a city is always inconsistent with it's administrative one.This may lead to a error of the index of economics,urbanization etc.between two districts.Sometimes that may cause a mistake that one district may want to catch up with another who's index is lower.But they don't know that the comparing is wrong in comparing for they are not the same in the city quantity.Here the concept of perfect urban system is introduced and then these indexes can be compared.
