The Development Patterns of Service Cluster in Small and Medium-Sized Cities
研究了中小城市服务集群的六种发展模式，包括商贸流通、现代物流、文化休闲旅游、专业市场、汽车服务和社区服务，并通过义乌、铁岭等案例总结成功经验，为中小城市服务产业发展提供参考。
China is in a rapid development stage of urbanization, how to adjust industrial structure, to remit employment pressure, to optimize urban space, to achieve sustainable development, question cities of all sizes. In terms of industrial development, the function of service industry has become increasingly apparent in urban economy. For service industry, its preference for economies of scale and agglomeration effect makes service cluster become an important carrier of urban service. The existing researches on service cluster are focused on megacities. This paper brings up several development patterns of service cluster in small and medium- sized cities, including commerce circulation service cluster, modern logistics industry service cluster, culture and leisure tourism service cluster, specialized market service cluster, automobile service industry service cluster and community service industry service cluster. The author then selects Yiwu, Tieling, Wuyuan, Changle, Weifang and Suzhou Industrial Park as typical cases. On the basis of successful experience of examples, this paper tries to discover the enlightenment and reference in each service cluster, and hopes to make a contribution to theoretical research on service cluster and the development of service industry in small and medium-sized cities.
