The Transfer of Manufacturing Industry among Eight Regions in China—Based on the Idea of Shift-Share Analysis
运用偏离份额分析方法，测量了2005-2010年间中国八大区域间的产业转移，发现东部沿海制造业向中西部转移，但全国性转移尚未形成，产业布局呈现扩散与集聚两种变化。
Based on the idea of Shift-share analysis,this paper adapts the method of deviation from regional shift component and regional industrial structure component,measures the transfer of industries in the period from 2005 to 2010 among the eight regions in China.The results indicate:as important manufacturing bases,the eastern and southern coastal regions have slowed down in development,the industries of which have largely shifted to the central and southwest regions of China,although the national-scale industrial transfer has not yet emerged;the national industrial layouts have changed in both ways of diffusion transfer of industry and agglomeration transfer of industry;the eastern region has earned accumulated development in the equipment manufacturing industry,petrochemical industry and partially export-oriented metallurgical industry;the midwest and northeast regions have been developing agricultural product processing industry,building materials industry and resource-oriented industry in the way of diffusion transfer of industry.The period from 2005 to 2010 witnessed the most frequent changes of Chinese industrial layout,during which time,the industries in all regions had been characterized by some kind of disordered development.Therefore,a scientific guideline from government is necessary.
