Study on the Impact of Urban Scale and Spatial Structure on CO_2 Emission
本文用数据包络分析评估227个城市的土地利用效率，发现土地财政和户籍制度导致的土地与劳动力错配降低了效率并增加了碳排放强度，为政府节能降碳提供参考。
This paper summarizes the process of land and population urbanization,analyzes and evaluates 227 cities land use efficiency with data envelopment analysis.We build a model to analyze the relationship and Mechanism between city land utilization efficiency and carbon intensity.We find that over-urbanized land caused by land finance and incomplete-urbanized labor caused by household register system distort the ideal distribution of land and labor.The distortion decreases the land use efficiency and increase the carbon intensity.Chinese government can save the energy and decrease carbon intensity through the correction of the distortion.
