OUR COUNTRY CONSTRUCTION LAND DEVELOPMENT DEGREE AND RATIONALITY ANALYSIS
通过构建土地相对开发模型和引入区位熵指数，定量分析了2007-2009年中国31个省市建设用地开发程度与合理性，发现84%的省份存在过度开发，并提出了可持续发展对策。
Creating land relative development model,and the introduction of location entropy index,the elasticity of construction land,this paper undertook a quantitative analysis on the construction land development and reasonable degree of China's 31 provinces and cities from 2007 to 2009.The research showed that : 84 percent of China's provinces and cities are over-exploitation of construction land.The provinces over development district of developed areas,moderately developed areas,less developed areas account for 83%,80%,100%.Most provinces and cities are over development,because the threshold of the construction land determined by various factors is not balanced.There is a small value,and it limits the reasonable degree of actual construction land development.Construction land elasticity EP、EL is too large,and 39% of the provincial arable land declines to negative.For the status quo,this paper presented the countermeasures about sustainable development of construction land.
