NANNING RECEIVING INDUSTRY TRANSFER FROM THE EAST
研究了金融危机后东部产业向南宁转移的特征与障碍，发现转移规模小、增长快但非爆发式，且成本差异并非主要驱动力，长期障碍使大规模转移难以实现。
International finance crisis led labor-intensive industry into depression, while there is no large-scale industry transfer from the Coastal Area to the West Area in the near years, Take Nanning as the research region. The industry transferring from the East Area always takes on these characters:with a small-scale ,and growing fast, but not expected blowout, most of the transferred corporation are branches of big enterprise, and labor-intensive. Most of them are from Guangdong and Fujian Province. Lower cost is not the total drive of industry transfer. Higher production cost and strong restrict of land and weak affiliated enterprises and regional culture are the adverse factors. The research also revealed the difference of labor cost would not lead to large industry transferring. Based on the field work, the article find all these adverse factors are long-standing, and portion of them are insurmountable, which means impossible industry transfer of Coastal area to inland. It adds difficulty to regional development. Plan of Main function zone and its policy may be the cut-in point of regional development.
