THE EVALUATION OF LEISURE VALUE ON AGRICULTURAL LAND RESOURCES AND THE CONVERSION THEM AT MARKET PRICE
研究了现代农业中土地流转时如何保护双方利益，以休闲农业为例，构建了农业土地资源休闲价值评估和按市场价格转换的模型，并通过杭州萧山区的案例验证。
With the development of modern agriculture,the circulation of land has become inevitability.Then under the conditions of market economy,how to protect the interests of both sides in the circulation of land? the paper takes the development of leisure agriculture for example,analyses the change of land resource value from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,builds the evaluation model and pricing model which provide a method to the evaluation of leisure value on agricultural land resources and the conversion them at market price,and verifies model through the case of Xiaoshan district of Hangzhou city,Zhejiang province.
