THE CONSTRUCTION OF KNOWLEDGE CITY EVALUATIONS SYSTEM AND EMPIRICAL RESEARCH OF PROVINCIAl DIFFERENCE IN CHINA
构建了包含技术创新、人力资源潜力等五个维度的知识城市评价体系，用因子分析评价中国31个省份的知识城市发展水平，并通过聚类分析总结区域差异，提出发展对策。
The concept of knowledge city was introduced in this article.A brief review and development of knowledge city were raised.Based on development status of knowledge city in our country,evaluation system which included technological innovation,potential of human resources,knowledge and technology practitioners,cultural and knowledge communications,and the conditions of location was build up.Making the evaluation model as measuring criterion,the KC development of 31 provinces in our country were evaluated by the factor analysis.According to the comprehensive score and five factors of development,31 provinces were analysed by hierarchical cluster analysis method.Holistic and local characteristics of development in our country were summarized.Development mechanism was analysed and development countermeasures were put forward.
