Development Model in Transformation Period of Taiyuan City
研究了资源型区域中心城市的内涵，分析了太原市发展现状，提出了优化产业空间结构、加强城市管理、建设文化城市等五大策略，对资源型城市转型有参考价值。
At the end of 2010,the State Council set up National Resources Based Economic Transformation Synthetically Reform Testing District of Shanxi Province.Taiyuan City as the center of the largest pilot area of the country faces the task of developing the resource-based regional center city.At home and abroad,a large number of resource-based cities proved that choosing different economic development strategies will lead to different results.One of the results isResource depletion and city declines,the other is Resource depletion and no city declinesThe paper reveals the connotation of resource-based regional center city based on the analysis of the concept of resource-based district and regional center city.The paper also analyzes the current situation of developing regional center city of Taiyuan and proposes five strategies.They are the optimization and restricting of the Industrial spatial structure;the strengthen of the concept of city management;the construction of characteristics and cultural city;the further training of the talent for high-tech industry and modern service industry;the integrated development of Taiyuan and Jinzhong region and the building of the large Taiyuan economic circle;the construction of the modern logistics system;improving the ecological environment and realizing the comprehensive development of the city.
