Comprehensive Performance Evaluation System for Urban Infrastructure:A Case Study of Qingdao
构建了包含基础设施、经济和公平三个维度的城市基础设施综合绩效评价体系，共22个指标，并用主成分分析和德尔菲法对青岛进行了案例分析。
On the basis of an overall analysis of urban infrastructure, operation features and performance evaluation, a comprehensive evaluation system of urban infrastructure is set up. The system consists of three integrative performance objects, namely, the infrastructure performance, the economic performance and the equality performance, seven specialized systematic objects and 22 basic indexes. Taking the method of Principle component analysis and Delphi, this system deals with the index data and makes Qingdao as a case analysis.
