Building University into Strong Research Competibility with Integrating Multidisciplinary S&T Contingents
针对中国高校跨学科发展不足、技术平台小、研究团队弱的问题，提出组织多学科教师论坛、建立校级研究中心、实施合同制管理机制等措施，以形成能完成重大研究任务的团队。
Insufficient interdisciplinary development,small but full technical platform,and weakness of research teams are main problems in ST innovation in the universities of China. In order to deal with these problems,propose following measures:1) to organize multidisciplinary faculty forums;2) to establish research centers or institutes at the university level which are operated above and beyond the current compartmentalized infrastructure;3) to explore and implement a novel management mechanism,i.e.,contractual system,which presumably fits the current status of RD in the high education system of China,and which will lead to the formation of research teams that are capable of accomplishing major research tasks.
