An Empirical Study on Contact and the Growth Performance of Incubating Enterprises
通过测量接触强度（包括接触时间、直接服务参与度、公共服务平台利用和外部网络关系）与在孵企业成长绩效的关系，实证发现加强孵化器管理团队与在孵企业的接触能提升企业成长绩效。
Contact intensity is measured by the indices of contact time intensity, the involvement degree of direct service , the utilization degree of public service platform and the exterior network relations, while the growth performance of incubating enterprises is reflected by the indices of growth performance and ability promotion performance. It conducts an empirical study on the growth performance model for incubating enterprises based on contact and its theoretical hypotheses. The result shows that boosting up contact intensity of incubator manager and management team with incubating enterprises can promote the growth performance of incubating enterprises.
