Study on Spatial Structure about Efficiency of the Fixed Assets Investment in Beijing City
本文通过比较三种生产函数模型，评估了北京市固定资产投资的效率，并分析了其对经济增长的贡献及空间分布规律。
Fixed assets investment plays an important role on urban social and economic development.By analyzing three different models(i.e.,C-D Production Function,Beyond Logarithm Function and CES Production Function),this paper evaluates the efficiency of the fixed assets investment in Beijing.Thus the most applicable model is selected based on empirical analysis and the comparison of the simulation results and the contribution of fixed assets investment to the growth of economic for Beijing and its districts is analyzed.Based on the function of each districts,its spatial distribution rule is pointed out.
