PRIMARY STUDY ON MUTUAL EFFECTS BETWEEN AGRITOURISM AND LAND USE,TAKING YIYANG CITY AS AN EXAMPLE
通过实地调查益阳市农业旅游，分析2001-2005年土地空间形态、功能、类型结构和年收益，发现当前适宜土地规模约2000平方米，且农业旅游效益不随用地规模增长而增加。
The purpose: finding out fine collection between development of agritourism and land use.The method based on site investigation to agritourism in Yiyang city,analyzing spatial formation,function and type structure,annual return in land from 2001 to 2005 as well.The result: in update stage,in Yiyang city,appropriate possessing scale of land is around 2 000m2.The conclusion: the benefit of agritourism will not increase with growth of landuse scale.
