The Construction and Evaluation of Regional Agricultural Sustainable Development Index System——A Case Study of Hengyang City
以衡阳市为例，构建区域农业可持续发展指标体系，计算分析其农业可持续发展水平低于一般水平，并从农业经济、生产要素、社会及资源环境四方面分析原因，提出对策建议。
Taking the current situation of agricultural production in Hengyang City as an example,this paper uses the index system of regional agricultural sustainable development to achieve,calculate and analyze the index date of agricultural sustainable development level of Hengyang City.Through the calculation and analysis,this paper points out that comprehensive level of agricultural sustainable development of Hengyang City is below the the general level and it also further analyzes the causes of changes of sustainable development level in four aspects: agricultural economy of Hengyang City,agricultural production factors,agricultural society and agricultural resources and environment,and proposed the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion.
