THE STATUS AND COUNTERMEASURES OF HUNAN INCOME DISTRIBUTION GAP BETWEEN URBAN AND RURAL RESIDENTS
基于2000-2009年湖南统计数据分析城乡收入差距现状，发现绝对差距持续扩大、相对差距增速放缓，并探讨了人均GDP、城镇化等因素与差距的关系。
A data analysis is made based on the statistical data about Hunan province from 2000-2009,the income gap between urban and rural residents of Hunan province is in the middle of China,the largest in the central area;The absolute gap between urban and rural residents income distribution in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan is the largest in the whole province,and the relative gap is the smallest;absolute gap between urban and rural residents income distribution continue to widen,relative gap growth in recent years is slow down;Urban per capita annual disposable income of regional disparity is the biggest to urban and rural absolute income,and rural per capita net income of regional disparity is the biggest to urban and rural relative income.The income of urban and rural residents,per capita GDP and urbanization level,the ratio of the secondary industry and tertiary industry employment population and agricultural financial expenditure scale show a significant positive correlation to Hunan rural income distribution absolutely gap dynamic change.Along with development of the social economy level,the speed of urban residents' income growth is greater than the rural residents' income growth,income gap between urban and rural areas will continue to expand,if rural per capita net income is greater than urban growth(11%) development,the relative gap between urban and rural income in our province can be drop.We must take a series of effective measures to improve farmers' income growth speed.
