Empirical Study on the Layout Optimization of Regional Emergency Material Depository:A Case Study of Changping District, Beijing
针对大规模突发事件频发，提出一个多目标多层级渐进覆盖的设施选址模型，并用遗传算法求解，以北京昌平区为例优化了应急物资储备库的布局。
Research on the emergency location theories and methods have important practical and theoretical value in response to the frequency of large-scale emergencies.Based on the multi-level coverage and gradual coverage,and considering the factors of fairness,efficiency and cost for facility location,a multi-objective and multi-level gradual coverage facility location model was proposed.Genetic algorithm procedure based on MATLAB 7.0 was developed to solve the model.Model was applied to optimize the location of emergency material depositories of Changping district,Beijing,six emergency material depositories and its service units and maximum coverage radius were calculated,a service layout diagram was drawn.Then,the paper proposed function optimization recommendations for repository,and put forward conclusion and further expands research direction,finally.
