Study on the Innovation and Co-evolution of Organization and System Based on the Network Environment
本文从信息视角描述了组织创新和系统创新的特征与内容，并以海尔集团为例，研究了网络环境下创新文化引导的组织与系统相互创新。
Under the network environment,the patterns of firm's management emphasized on organization and system will be sure to change thoroughly. It causes not only continuous innovation in organization and system,but also synergic matching of them. Based on the literature review,the article describes the characteristics and contents of organizational innovation and system innovation from the perspective of information,and then studies on the innovation each other of organization and system directed by the innovative culture under the network environment with the case of Haier Group's practices.
