FUNCTION CONTENTS OF S&T INNOVATIVE CITY AND ITS EVALUATION INDEX SYSTEM AND CRITERION
从城市功能角度界定科技创新城市的概念与特征，设计评价指标，并提出初步判定标准，为国内创新型城市研究提供理论参考。
In order to understand better on the concept,content and category of innovative city,this paper followed theories form urban economic elements and urban functions,to address the relationship among the urban function,ST innovation and innovative city construction.A new concept,content and characteristics of urban function on science and technological innovation have been introduced.Then this paper focused on urban scientific and technological activities on two aspects(the basic part and the non-basic part),and designed an evaluation index of urban function on ST innovation.Finally,based on this perspective,the definition on ST innovative city and initial determining standard are proposed.The conclusion will contribute to promote the further theoretical research on innovative city,but also create an alternative path and evolutionary mode for innovative city in China.
