EVALUATION INDEX SYSTEM OF CIRCULAR TOURISM ECONOMY BASED ON "5R" PRINCIPLES
基于5R原则（再思考、减量化、再利用、再循环、修复）构建了包含28个指标的循环旅游经济评价体系，用德尔菲法和层次分析法确定权重，并在中山陵景区进行实证检验。
The development of circular tourism economy is a necessary choice to achieve sustainable economic and social development.Based on the 5Rconcepts-rethink,reduce,reuse,recycle,repairof recycle economy,28 indicators factors are selected in building the comprehensive evaluation index system,and then the Delph and AHP combined method is adopted to determine the weight and score of each target and indicator layer,then a comprehensive evaluation of multi-objective linear weighting function model is established.Finally,we carry out the empirical research in Scenic Park of Dr.Sun Yat-sen's Mausoleum.The results show that the evaluation system is feasible and promote the use of a certain value to some extent.
