Most border areas are remote districts, with inconvenient transportation and backward economy. It faces difficulties of market, technique and human resource to extricate from poverty and development, but many border areas possess primitive ecological environment, plenteous tourism resource and special regional culture. Tourism development has action of small-investment, fast-effect and leading regional economical develop. Tourism and frontier trade can promote each other to spur on regional economical development. If there are some funds and preferential policy in initial stage of development, regional tourism and frontier trade can be promoted effectively and the process of extricating poverty can be accelerated.
