THE INNOVATION ORIENTED CITY AND ANALYSIS OF CHANGCHUN'S INNOVATION
通过主成分分析和聚类分析，从纵向和横向比较长春市的创新能力，发现其创新文化、创新体制和环境竞争力较弱，综合创新能力排名靠后，并提出改善金融环境、构建产学研、营造创新氛围等建议。
Staring with the connotation of innovation system and innovation-oriented city, this paper analyzes the innovative ability of Changchun synthetically through vertical and horizontal comparison. Through principal component analysis and cluster analysis using software spss13.0,it points out that the innovative ability of Changchun is relatively weak,including the innovative culture,the innovative system,and the competitiveness of the environment which are not optimisitical,and the ranking of comprehensive innovative ability is in the back row. Further,the paper holds that we should try to improve the financial environment,build the industry-university-research,enhance the opening-up,create the innovative atmosphere,and develop positively small enterprises as well as creative industry etc in order to improve the innovative ability of Changchun.
