STUDY ON THE MECHANISM AND SPATIAL RESULT OF FIRM COOPERATION DROVED BY GOVERNMENT'S ORDER——A CASE STUDY OF HAIER
基于行动者网络理论，分析了政府指令驱动企业合作的机制与空间结果，并以海尔集团为例进行实证。
With global market competition intensified and technical innovation speeded up,firm cooperation became the important strategic choice for firm to face up with global competition.Only taking part in existed firm relation network or establishing firm-self relation network,do the firm improve its competitive advantage.In the process of firm relation network forming,the government,as the constructor and protector of regional innovation milieu,also the founder of firm cooperation network,will play an important role in the shaping of firm's strategy.Especially,as China was in the transformation from planned economy to market-oriented economy,the government will play an important role to enhance regional competitive advantage and drive the firm cooperation.In this paper,the mechanism and spatial result of firm cooperation,which is droved by government's order or instruction,was analyzed in the context of actor-player network theory.At last,we take Haier Group as empirical example to demonstrate the analysis.
