Study on the Public Participation Institution of Japan
分析了日本公众参与制度的法律基础、全过程参与、外部行政评价及提升公众素质等方面，并提出了对中国改进公众参与的建议。
Public participation in China is still at its early stage.However,this in Japan is becoming more and more mature and perfect.Puclic participation in Japan achieved a lot and has made strong influence on the government decision.This paper analyzes the institution of puclic participation in Japan including law bases,whole process participation,outside administration evaluation and improving public quality and so on.Furthermore,it gives some suggestions on the improvement of puclic participation in China.
