Sino-German Comparative Study on Social Development Oriented Urban Planning Regulation
将社会发展导向的规划法规因素分为五类，用比较模型分析中德两国在土地资源保障、住房、公共设施、形态和历史保护方面的规划能力差异，得出主要技术发现。
This article focuses on the issue of social development oriented urban planning regulation.Based on the analysis of both Chinese and German social development regulation goals in urban planning,the social development oriented planning regulation factors have been grouped into five categories,including the institutional safeguard of the equal access to land resource,regulation on housing areas,supply of public facilities,physical morphology,and preservation of historical heritages.For each category,the comparative model of planning regulation capabilities has been applied to implement the Sino-German comparative study on social development oriented urban planning regulation.According to the output of the research,some major technical findings have been identified.
