STUDY ON PRIVATE ECONOMY DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY AND SPATIAL ORGANIZATION FORM OF NORTHEAST REGION
分析了东北地区民营经济起步晚、规模小的现状及其制约因素，提出了发展策略和空间组织形式，以推动老工业基地振兴和结构转型。
Because of various kinds reasons combined together,the stated-owned enterprises of Region had occupied a dominant place in the local national economy for a long time,meanwhile the private economy of Region started late and its scale is small.Compared with the developed regions of private economy,the private economy of Region is obviously backward.It is indispensable to develop private economy and have it take part in the series of remaking and rejuvenating the Old Industrial Base of Northeast,reforming and reorganizing the state-owned enterprises,stimulating the local economy,transforming the economy structure and developing the following industries in the cities and regions of natural resources and realizing the social benefits balance.It is a major way of solving Northeast Phenomenon and New Phenomenon to develop private economy.After a systematic exposition of distinguishing features and present conditions as well as analysis of advantageous and restrict conditions of private economy in Region,the author put forward the strategies,spatial organization forms and ways to develop private economy in Region.
