Comparative Study on Risk Assessing Methods of the High-tech Project Investment
比较了传统层次分析法（AHP）和新兴人工神经网络（ANN）在高科技项目投资风险评估中的应用、局限，并讨论了发展趋势，帮助投资者选择合适方法。
The high-tech project investment is characterized by high risks and huge profits,so an accurate scientific risk assessing method is of great importance to the investment. It divides risk assessing methods into two kinds:one is the traditional AHP (analytical hierarchy process),the other the newly arising ANN (artificial neural network);analyzes the application and existing limitations of the two typical methods; and makes a detailed comparative study of these two. Finally,it briefly discusses the developing trend of risk assessing methods for the high-tech project investment.
