DISCUSSION ON THE MUSLIMS' LIVING CHARACTERISTICS AND THEIR APPLICATION TO THE URBAN RENEWAL
基于西安化觉巷穆斯林居民的调查，发现宗教特征影响居住意愿，提出城市更新应结合穆斯林特点，以人为本规划宜居环境。
Based on the poll made to the dwellers in the Huajue alley, Xi'an, where the majority of the dwellers is muslim, the following conclusions are arrived at:first,there are many factors influencing the dwellers' willing to dwell among which the muslims' characteristics do;Then,accordingly, to promote the urban renewal, people must act upon the theory of house selecting and moving ,work under the human-oriented spirit and combine them with the muslims' characteristics to plan and construct a new livable enviroment.
