RESEARCH ON THE CHARACTERISTICS AND FUNCTIONS OF ZHOUSHAN ISLANDS IN CHANGJIANG DELTA
分析了长江三角洲与舟山群岛的优劣，提出舟山群岛在长三角中应发挥渔港、港口和旅游三大海洋资源优势，以弥补长三角深水岸线和海洋旅游资源的不足。
Changjiang Delta is the biggest economic core in China.Its economic aggregate stands first on all the economic districts in China.It contains great potential of development.However,the condition of its physical environment restricts its economic development.On one hand,Changjiang Delta is short of deepwater coastline resources dues to the mouth bar.On the other hand,Changjiang Delta lacks marine tourism resources.Zhoushan Islands lie at the point of intersection between Changjiang waterway and south-north sea transportation,and they enjoy superiorities of three kinds of marine resources-fish,port and landscape.This paper analyzes and compares the superiorities and inferiorities between Changjiang Delta and Zhoushan Islands,finally puts forward the following proposals for the Zhoushan Islands' functions in Changjiang Delta.
