The article based on the Jiangxi collective ownership of forests system reform's empirical study,proposed that from strengthens the propaganda,to raise farmer's land property right consciousness,mediates,the prompt melt farmland property right dispute reasonably,consummates the management,to establish aspects and so on countryside land property right market services structure to obtain to cultivate the countryside land property right market;and discusses in the countryside land property right market malfunction situation,the government takes the effective special operational policy measures,optimizes the countryside land resource disposition.
