Disaster tourism has recently emerged as a new type of tourist resource and become a hot topic for tourism academy.The development of disaster tourism not only becomes the window for people to know about nature and disaster,but also improves the consciousness and capacity to prevent disasters and realize ecological,economical and cultural benefits in tourism development.The paper analyses the feasibility of disaster tourism development and puts forward some thoughts and countermeasures of disaster tourism development on the basis of identification of the definition of disaster tourism.
