Beijing Water Conservation Planning in 3 Decades
梳理了北京1986、1996、2006年三版节水规划，分析其在不同背景下的特点和技术演变，适合关注城市水资源管理的读者。
The contradiction between water supply and demand had been rising from the 1970's in Beijing.The Capacity of urban public water supply had increased by 28 times than 1949,meanwhile the urban population grew more than four times and the per capita daily water consumption grew 5 times.Beijing Municipal Government was formally established the Water Conservation Office in 1981.Beijing water conservation entered the phases from the general management to the administrative management and to the strengthen management,then to the scientific management.Beijing City Master Plan was modified 3 times during last 3 decades while the water conservation plan was compiled respectively in 1986,1996 and 2006.This paper will introduce the 3 versions of water conservation plans;analyze their characteristics and the technique evolution under the different background;and give a summary on Beijing water conservation plans.
