FIRM ORGANIZATIONS AND INDUSTRIAL SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT:A CASE STUDY OF HENAN PROVINCE
以河南省为例，研究从计划经济向市场经济转型过程中工业企业组织的特点变化，分析其落实可持续发展战略的障碍，并提出提升企业可持续发展和市场竞争能力的政策建议。
Since the 1980s, sustainable development has become a new strategy of development for human society. As a important hierarchical organization to allocate productive factors and the substitute for Market mechanism, firm organization plays a critical and non-fungible role in the implementation of this new strategy, so it should become the core in the framework to study the issue of sustainable development. Taking an example of Henan province, this paper firstly investigates the natures and characteristics of industrial enterprises in the traditional planning system and their changes in the transitional system from the planned economy to modern market economy, then analyses the obstacles and problems of industrial firms to carry out the strategy of sustainable development. At last, some policy suggestions to improve the abilities of firm organizations on sustainable development and market competition are proposed.
