STUDY ON CLIMATE COMFORT DEGREE OF HUMAN SETTLEMENTS IN KUNMING
基于云南省和中国气象数据，用温度、湿度和风速计算人体舒适指数，评价昆明气候资源，发现其舒适时间长、无极端不适时段，但低氧和强紫外线降低了舒适度。
All activities of outdoor are influenced by climate. Among all the factors of climate, temperature, humidity, wind speedare the most important factors that affect comfortable degree of body. Based on the meteorological data of Yunnan province andChina, temperature, humidity, wind speed were taken as parameters, the comfort index and wind effects index, and integratedcomfort index for human body were adopted to evaluate the climate resources in Kunming city, the capital of Yunnan province.The article pointed out that there were long comfortable wind time, long comfortable time and cool time, long integrated climatecomfort time in this area. However, there were neither cold wind, warm and hot wind time, nor swelter, cold or frigid and extramerely uncomfortable time.The climate comfortable degree was higher than that of other cities of Yunnan province and China.Kunming, from the climate comfortable degree, is a perfect tourism resort. However, the low content of oxygen of air and strongultraviolet radiation reduces the comfort in some extent.
